Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the tender document :
The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the similar works should be 05 (Five) years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The tenderer should have distribution authorization from reputed solar panel manufacturer to avoid conflicts during warranty claim (if necessary).
The Tenderer shall have experience in the supply of at least 25 (Twenty Five) number of Grid Tied/Hybrid solar PV system including net metering facility with cumulative capacity of not less than 250 KW in maximum 03 (three) contracts within last five (05) years.
The minimum specific experience of tenderer in the supply of Solar System in 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 90 (Ninety) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ autonomous body successfully completed in a financial year within the last 05 (Five) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 90 (Ninety) lac.
