Eligibility criteria:
The Eligible Tenderer Must Have :
Minimum of 05 (Five) years of General Electrical-Mechanical Experience in the supply of similar nature works/goods.
An Experience of Supply and installation of at least 01 (One) number Lift & Sub-Station equipment in a Single Tender within last 05 (Five) Years under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/ Private Organization. Tenderer must also submit manufacturer/Sole Distributor/Supplier’s Authorization letter, Brochure & Other related documents of lift from the Authorized Agent/Sole distributor if the tenderer has no agency ship of proposed brand/type/category of lift and Sub-station.
The minimum Specific experience minimum Tk. 270.00 Lakh (Two hundred & Seventy lakh) in a single Tender during blast 05 (Five) Years [The years counting backward from the date of invitation of this tender (IFT)] under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/ Private Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
In case of the work done under in Private Organization/ building, the certifying authority shall be owner/ client/ user and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of installation.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is [Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred)] Lakh
Up to date ABC category Contractors & Electrical Supervisory License, up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License.
