(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works (BC Road) of at least Tk. 334,00,000.00 (Three Crore And Thirty- Four Lac Only) Under 01 of contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 575,00,000.00 (Five Crore And Seventy-Five Lac Only) over the last 05 (Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,11,00,000.00 (One Crore And Eleven Lac Only).
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 334,00,000.00 (Three Crore And Thirty- Four Lac Only).
