Brief Description of Package: Microbus Renting- 02 vehicles (Minimum Model-2016, Minimum Seat Capacity 12 persons with driver, Dual AC facility), average daily running 140-150 Km per vehicle and maximum monthly running 4000Km per vehicle for transportation of the company's employees and consultants concerned from Alihat Iron Ore study project.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers must have the legal capacity to inter in the contract under the Applicable Law and support of their qualification, the tenderers must submit the following documents with their e-tender.
1.Valid Trade License for FY 2022-2023.
2. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for tax year 2021-2022/2022-2023
3. VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum of One Vehicle Ownership.
5. The Minimum amount of liquid assests i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be 5,50,000TK. The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.
Without one of these, the tender may be considered non -responsive.
