Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2550000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7650000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2550000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Manufacturer / Manufacturer's Authorized Agent having experience of supplying pre-printed bill forms paper.
2. Manufacturer / Tendered shall have a specific experience in the supply of pre-printed bill forms paper within last 3 years like BPDB, DPDC, DESCO & PBS.
3. The manufacturer must submit the proper documentation ( Attach Manufacturer document as a Manufacturer) with the Tender / The Authorized Agent must submit proper manufacturers Authorization( Attach Manufacturer document as a Manufacturer ) with the Tender.
4. Updated Trade License, TIN, VAT, Income Tax Certificate shall be submitted.
5. Updated Bank Solvency Certificate supported by documents.
Note 1: Non fulfillment of above requirement shall lead to rejection of Tender.
Note 2: The amount of the Tender Security & Performance Security shall be In favour of D.D, RAO, BPDB, Comilla. (Refundable)
