c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2800.00 (Twenty Eight Hundred) lac only over the 05 years (best five years in the last ten years).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 750.00 (Seven Hundred fifty) lac only.
e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 2800.00 (Two thousand eight hundred) lac only.
