Eligibility criteria:
 
1.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax certificate.
2.Tenderer must have solid Bank Solvency and Bank Statement reflecting minimum 30 (Thirty) lac Taka as liquid asset.
3.Tenderer should submit  experience (Must be approve through E-GP Tender Database System) on supply, installation, testing and commissioning related Items amount of minimum 30 (Thirty) lac Taka in a single contract in last 03 (Three) years.
4.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
5. The Tenderer must mention supply items technical specification and country of origin.
6. Tenderer must submit Picture of Offer items 1,2 & 3 and TEC may ask provide sample during evaluation for ensuring quality.
7.The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS).
