Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 75000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years.
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 20 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 30 lakh over the last 5 years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12 lakh. Use standard format incase of line of credit.
Tender Capacity Tk 20 Lakh.
Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
(b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
(c) DPHE has reserve the right to supply materials (such as PVC pipe, reducer, filter etc but not limited as mentioned) to the sucussful tenderer to excute the work and deduct material cost as per issue rate ( which is uploaded in Section -7)
