Eligibility criteria:
Bidders must submit the attested copy of the following documents at the time of tender submission:
i. Ownership of their Institution, ii. Certificate for proving bank solvency, iii. VAT Registration and Income Tax certificate, iv. Experience certificate of similar works.
Bidders must have the workshop/factory facilities with necessary equipment’s such as Gantry Crane for Un-tanking and Tanking, standard laboratory for testing and vacuum chamber for transformer drying.
Bidder must have manufacturing/repair facility of 132kV or above capacity transformer.
Bidder must have repair experience of Tk- 1.0 Core of 132kV or above capacity transformer by single tender.
It is mandatory for all bidders to inspect the defective transformer physically before submission of tender and at the time of tender submission document , the bidder has to submit a affidavit as he has inspect the transformer which is certified by concerned executive engineer .
If any damage occurs during transportation, bidder must bear the cost.
A chart illustrating the planning and process of works must be provided to PGCB.
Proper arrangement must be provided to concerned PGCB delegation on regular basis in order to monitor the process of transformer repairing works.
List of equipment and manpower must be submitted during submission of tender.
Bidder must have at least 2 B.Sc Engineer Electrical, 1 B. Sc Engineer Mechanical and 4 Diploma Engineer.
After repairing, the following test must be completed and associated documents of testing report must be submitted: As per TDS
