Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 46500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15500000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
General Experience:
The Tenderer should have minimum 5 years of Experience in 132 kV or above high Voltage Substation work as a contractor.
Specific Experience and Criteria:
i) The Tenderer should have experience as a contractor in construction, Testing, and Commissioning of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature i.e. 132kV or higher Voltage Rated AIS Bay Construction including supply of steel structure and 33kV Switchgear Equipment for substation & Installation, Testing and Commissioning of at least 1 no 25/41 MVA or above Transformer. The Value of the contract must be at least BDT 1.00 (One) Crore. In this regard End-user certificate, Contract agreement, and BOQ shall have to be submitted as supporting documents.
ii) The Tenderer should have working experience in an energized Grid Substation with Double Busbar System, Complexity and Methods/Construction Technology and successfully completed that work within the last 3 Years
iii) Steel structure and 33kV Switchgear Equipment must be supplied from the manufacturer who has previously supplied to PGCB & Authorization letter for steel structure and 33kV Switchgear Equipment shall be submitted with a prime contractor in PGCB,DPDC,DESCO,BPDB, RPCL, EGCB or in REB. Sub-contractor certificate will not be allowed.
2.Minimum amount of liquid asset Tk 1,00,00,000.00/-(One Crore).
3. Updated Valid Tax Return Certificate,TIN,VAT(BIN), Trade License. ABC electrical supervisory license etc.
4.As per ITT-Clause 31.2(a)i. Tender security will be prepared from the registered bank with e-GP system in favor of the POWER
GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD either in the form of a bank draft or pay order.
