b) Following documents are to be submitted/uploded as per Standard Tender Document (STD)
(i) Last 03(Three) years General experience of supply of Goods and related services in any government organization;years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News paper.
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum taka 35.00 (Thirty Five) lack under 02 (two) contract in any Goverment organization successfully completed (NOA) ,Contract Deed , work order , Completion certificate must be submitted Within the last 03 (three) years i.e. counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(iii) Certificate of Bank solvency with minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Credit Facilities minimumTk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) lack .
(iv) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(v) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(vi) e-BIN Registration Certificate.
(vii) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
(viii) Sample [200 gm Unnatamaner masurdal (Mota) } must be submitted to in 03 (Three) Transparent containers to the Habiganj District Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
