Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 216666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 650000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 216666 ~ 650000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. A Programme & Work Schedule must be submitted for this Work within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract.
2. As per work schedule, after execution of work, Measurement Certificate should be prepared by the Engineer-Incharge & the Contractor.
3. Before submitting the tender, the tenderer must submit a Consent Letter so that the tenderer is aware of this. Failure to submit the consent letter will disqualify the tenderer.
4.A satisfactory completion of Any type of Civil works/Transmission Line Maintenance/ RoW Cleaning/ Tree Trimming experience in Transmission Line works of at least Tk-1,80,000/- under 01 of contract(s) over a period of 02 years shall be required.
5. Valid Trade License, Up-to-Date Income Tax Certificate, TIN, VAT certificate.
6. For multiple wining Tenderers or who has got multiple NOA from GMD Dhaka (East) for this FY 2022-2023, those Contractors must have financial leverage/capacity and deployment of establishment (including manpower list) for each contract, Every individual contract execution should be treated as individual and has to be completed as per approved schedule. For any dispute identified by the GMD Dhaka (East), it will be treated as disqualification for any further contract with this particular contractor.
