Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 21000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of Copper Conductor/Copper Cable/Control cable supply works of tk. 50,00,000/-(Fifty Lakh) as a prime supplier(Contractor/ Manufacturer/ supplier/Distributor in PGCB, BPDB, BREB, EGCB, RPCL, DPDC, DESCO, NESCO in a single contract over a period of02 (Two) years shall be required. Sub-contractor experience will not be allowed.
2. Minimum amount of liquid asset tk 50,00,000/-(Fifty Lac).
3. Updated Valid Taxpayer,VAT,Trade Licence.
4. As per ITT-Clause 31.2(a)i. Tender security will be prepared from the bank registered with e-GP system in favour of the POWER
GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD either in the form of a bank draft or pay Order.
5. Copper Purity should be 99.99%. The Bidder should arrange a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of required Copper Conductor/Copper Cable in front of a representative of PE. The Bidder
must borne all the cost of the FAT. Place: Any Lab/Factory/University having such kind of Testing Facility.
6. Manufacturer: Estern/BRB/BBS/Paradise/Bizlee Cables Limited Bangladesh or equivalent or equivalent made by any Manufacturer in USA/UK/EU/Japan/Korea.
