* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer should have Valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and latest Tax Assessment Certificate.
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
** Warranty: Minimum 06 months from the date of supply completion.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 35,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Five Lac only) under maximum 1(One) contract in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 35,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Five Lac only). This should be supported by bank certificate which is issued not before six months from the date of tender opening.
Special Instruction:
In case of credit line, Specific Format which is attached in Section: 6 (drawing), must be used.
