Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 106666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 320000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms/Organization who have minimum 10 years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar construction works including electrical work worth not less than Tk. 800.00 (Eight Hundred) lac in a single work order/tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 years in standard work completion format.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 years amounting of Tk. 900.00 (Nine Hundred) lac.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 250.00 (Two hundred and fifty) lac only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW3-7 (Line of Credit) only. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
(E) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(F) Up-to date ABC/BC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
