Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 years.
2. (i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of similar nature including Civil and Electrification Works successfully completed in Government/semi government org within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk.4.00 (Four) lacs & (ii) The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned Department/Organization which should be verified by the concerned Executive Engineer PWD of that area within whose Jurisdiction the work is located.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) lacs over the last 5 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3 (Three).00 lacs.
5. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: (i) Upto date Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate and ABC category Electrical Contractory and Supervisory License from Electricity licensing Board.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 5.00 (Five) Lacs.
