Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(i) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 18.50 Lac under a single of contract(s) over a period of Last 05 years shall be required.
(ii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15.00 Lakh
A) Special Instructions for Tenderer:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system - TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction tumover of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Prospective Supplier shall have to submit legal document regarding self ownership of asphalt Batching plant and plant has to be located in Sylhet District and condition that it can provide instant supply of asphalt material at the requisition of the Engineer in Charge.
6. If the total quoted price is more less or more above than 5% (five percent) than the Engineer's Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates, failure of which the tenderer may be considered Non-responsive
and others condition as stated in TDS.
