Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be three (03) years.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar works/ testing works of at least one (1) contract(s) successfully completed within the last three (3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 6,00,000/- (Taka Six Lac only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Public Limited companies/ Power Plant in Bangladesh.
Completion / Acceptance certificate will be considered as experience certificate. Notification Of Award(NOA), Purchase order (PO), Signed contract paper will not be considered as experience certificate.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 6,85,000/- (Taka Six Lac Eighty-Five Thousand only) that must be issued not earlier than Sixty (60) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, financially solvent, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
If any false/forged information is provided by the Organization/Firm/Company in the above Database or if such false/forged information is identified during Tender Evaluation or at any stage/time, then any legal action can be taken against the Organization/Firm/Company according to the Rule 127 of PPR 2008.
