Up-dated  Vat Registration Certificate of the bidder
Up to date TIN Certificate.
Updated BS/ISO-9001 & 14001 standardization certificates of the manufacturer of goods.
Manufacturer's catalogue/Brochures of manufacturer (as specified in Special terms and conditions of tender specification) for the bidding materials.
Warranty certificate of the bidder. The bidder must replace any defective material during the warranty period with free of cost.
If the bidder is not the manufacturer, authorization letter from the manufacturer must be submitted with the tender.
The Tenderer who have minimum 3 (Years) years of general experience in supply of similar nature of work i.e. Procurement of Electric Motor (Suction Pipe, Delivery Pipe, Coupling & other accessories etc.)) with a value of Tk. 200.00 (Taka Two Core) under a single contract in any reputed govt/semi-govt/autonomous(govt) within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
100 hours satisfactory test certificate should be submitted for the offered motor from BUET/MIST.
The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
The bidder must submit a sample of 5,2,1 Cusec Centrifugal motor and 2 cusec submersible motor with pump (01) One Nos on 03.10.2022 within 5:00 P.M at the office of the Project director (MIDP), BADC. Kushtia. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
