Brief Description of Package: Supply of Expansion joint non-metallic fabric of Exhaust duct for Faridpur 50MW Peaking Power Plant, BPDB, Faridpur.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 540000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1620000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 540000 ~ 1620000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of Three years of General experience in supply of Goods.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply  of  similar Goods at least One (01) contract successfully completed (under Bangladesh Power Development Board [BPDB]  sector) within the last three (3) years, with a value of at least Tk.3.00 [three point zero zero] Lakh in a single contract . i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Document submitted along with the tender).
The Tenderers shall have to submit minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be TK. 6.2 [Six point two] Lakh.  
The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate and income tax acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR with TIN .
The tenderers must have to submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.
The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime contractor is liable for it.
All Goods have to supply in Store of Faridpur 50MW Peaking Power Plant, BPDB, Faridpur.
All supplied Goods have to one-year replacement guarantee.
The supplier supplied all Goods have to fit with existing system without any modification.
Supplied Goods should be new and unused.
If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the Goods have to submit a supplier, seller or importer Authorization letter.
