Brief Description of Package: Rehabilitation works of existing 33KV switch yard earthing system at Bogura 132/33kv Sub-Station under GMD, PGCB, Bogura.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.General experience: The Tenderer should have minimum  5 years  experience in substation  construction works  as a Contractor.
2. Specific experience:
a) The tenderer should have experience as a contractor in at least 01(one) contract of supply, installation & testing of rehabilitation works of existing earthing system in 132KV or 33kv  energized sub-station, successfully  completed within the last 03 years ( years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) at a cost of not less than 85 (Eighty five) Lakh.
 
b). The required average annual construction  turnover shall be greater than BDT 5.00 crore over the last 05 years and to be endorsed by audited firm.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be BDT 80.00 Lakh.
d)The tenderer should have skilled Manpower & Engineers experienced in similar works.
e) The experiences shall be supported by PE’s completion  certificates in their letterhead indicating their address, email, telephone/cell number and details of project (i.e. name, address, details of Contract, voltage & equipment; completion period, commissioning date/commercial operation date, Contract value).
 f).All works should be completed as per approved drawing & schedule.
g)Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. in form of pay order or Bank draft
