4.Procuring entity will ask the tenderer/s to submit sample during evaluation process. Any defect or misunderstanding or dissatisfaction with sample may cause the tenderer non-responsive. Only PE reserves the authority of acceptance or rejection of sample/s.
5. Tenderers are highly encouraged to quote the tender price not more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate to ensure the proper quality of goods. It will be treated as abnormal deviation from market price and may cause the tender rejected.
