Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the tenderer in the Electro Machanical works as prime contractor shall be (05) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper b) A satisfactory completion of supply & installation of lift work of at least Tk. 85.00 (Eigty five) Lakh under a single contract( in/c minimum 01 Nos 1250 Kg lift) within last 05 (Five) years under any Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomud bodyof Bangladesh. C) The required annual turnover must be Tk. 200.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. D) The minimum amount of liquid asset s i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be the BDT Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) Lakh only. In case of Bank statement submitted by the tenderer the tenderer shall instructed to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the procuring Entity (PE) even all the period of evaluation. If the tenderer successful in more than one LOT/ID (In same notice that published in Newspaper). Shuld satisfy tha Liquid asset criteria in multiple of minimum amount[ i.e Liquid asset Amount shuld be ≥ No. of lots x minimum amount of Liquid asset]. Otherwise the tenderer shall be disqualified for multiple Lots. E) The tenderer must have to submitted upto date valid trade license. VAT registration certificate & Income TAX clearance certificate. F) Up to date ABC category contractor & Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical licensing board.G) Manufacturer’s authorization /Dealership/Agency ship certificate and all other certification s mentioned / posted in the documents section have to be submitted in the designated fields. H) The tenderer must have to submitted catalogue & technical specifications of proposed lift. I) Other qualification criteria are stated in TDS & PCC.
