Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 12000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 36000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 12000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Bidder must submit 1 set sample of Solar Pump, Motor and Solar Panel before tender submission to the Assistant Engineer (MI), BADC, Kashiani, Gopalganj. The sample must be completed according to Technical Specification. The sample will be considered during evaluation. The copy of the receipt of the same must be enclosed/submitted with the offer. No offer will be accepted without the submission of sample.
The Tenderer shall have minimum 5 years experience as supplier in supply of solar power related goods and installation with necessary related accessories.
The Tenderer/bidder shall have a experience in supply of same nature goods and installation of solar pump system of valuation minimum Tk. 130.00 (One Hundred Thirty) lakh in any government/semi-Govt./autonomous organization under single contract in the immediate last 5(Five) financial years. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of executive grade;
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be Tk. 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty) lakh. Bank certificate (credit line certificate) confirming sanction of credit facility specifically committed for this work (as per credit commitment form) or statement for liquid assets for the said amount from the concerned Bank shall be submitted with the tender. Bank statement must cover the period ending up to the previous date of invitation for tender;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
