Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 903333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2710000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 903333 ~ 2710000.
Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e Re-excavation of any kind of khal/pond (Other earthwork is not accepted) at least minimum work order of value Tk 7.00 (Seven) lakh under a single contract within the last 05 years are eligible for this tender. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of executive grade;
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 11.0 (Eleven) lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form of tender and contract forms;
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 6.00 (Six) lakh during the last 5 years;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;

Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots (if reponsive lowest two or more than 02 (Two) lots) under the project.
