(a) Valid trade licence. (b) Vat resistration (BIN). (c) Tax certificate(TIN). (d) Bank solvency certificate (Minimum 300,000/-) liquid asset from authorised person of any Scheduled Bank [Certificate is required for a period of15(Fifteen) days prior to the date of submission of the Tender].
(e) General Experience Certificates (Only certificate will be accepted and certificate should contain contract name, value & date, Completion date etc) as Supplier at least [05] contract (s) successfully completed within the last [03] years in Goverment/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization,each with a value of at least Tk. [03 Lac]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(f) Specific Experience Certificate (Only certificate will be accepted and certificate should contain contract name, value & date, Completion date etc) as Supplier in supply of similar goods of minimum [04 Lac] under maximum [01] contracts in the last [03] of years in Goverment/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
