Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer:a) A1 category contractors/Firms contractor only who are registered in the National e-GP System portal (http://eprocure.gov.bd) and who have paid renewal fee for the financial year 2022-2023 will be eligible.
b) Tenderer who possessed : i) Valid trade license(Up to date) ii) Up to date VAT certificate iii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance certificate iv) NID card.
c) The tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset/working capital of TK.30.00 lakh BDT of any schedule bank within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender(s)..Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of the work. d)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least One(01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk.80.00 lakh.
e) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 17:00 on 18/09/2022.
f) Further information and guidelines are available in the National e-GP System portal and from e-GP help desk (helpdesk@eprocure.gov.bd.)
g) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
h) Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
i). The procuring Entity shall have the right to correct/modify the description/quantity of items before entering into agreement.
j) Satisfy other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
k)Performance security Must Be 25% in case Of 10% Less.
