* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666 ~ 500000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) A satisfactory completion of the 11kV (or Above) Overhead cable Works of Tk. 1,20,000.00 (One Lakh Twenty Thousand Only) Taka under a single contract over a period of 3 (Three) years shall be required; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. No partial work experience will be considered.
B) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,00,000.00 (Two Lakh Only) Taka over the last three years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
C) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,20,000.00 (One Lakh Twenty Thousand Only) Taka which shall be supported by Recent Bank Statement or Bank Solvency Certificate. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of Credit (Form ePW2a-3).
D) Any Other Document as Required by the Tender Document.
