Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
b.Following documents are to be submitted/uploded.
(I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (Three) years in any government organization.
II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimumTk. 1,20,000 (One Lakh Twenty Thousand) under 01(one) contract in any government organization successfully completed (NOA, Cotract deed,Work Order Completion Certificate must be submitted) in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(IV) Certificate of Bank solvency with minimum amount of Liquid Assets or credit facilities of Tk. 1,20,000/- isused after of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) Registration Certificate.
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
