Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 3 years.
(B) (i) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of HVAC and generator installation rlated electro-mechanical works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20 Lac.
ii) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
iii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(C) The Tenderer Shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During Last 5 Financial Years of Tk. 150.00 Lac.
(D) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk. 40.00 Lac and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender.
(E) The Tender Must Possess:(i) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.(iii) Up-to-date Trade License.(iv) Up-to-date ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh
(F) Manufacturer's authorization/Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documents section has to be submitted along with the tender.
