Eligibility criteria:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in Substation/Generator related services.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of sub-station and generator worth not less than Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies (Criteria of work certificate authentication is described in special terms and conditions of STD) of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh only in the prescribed form mentioned in the STD against the name of the work. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
D)The minimum supply/production capacity of Goods is as supplier at least 01 (one) sub-station equipment and generator and related services per year within the last three years.
E) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate .
F) Up-to date ABC/BC class contractor License issued from Electrical licensing Board.
G) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-6 of tender documents must be fulfilled
