Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer should have fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
Tenderer should submit their Liquid assets certificate according to attached format in section-7 in TDS otherwise declare as non-responsive. Amount of Liquid Assets is One core fifteen thousand taka.
After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender which consider to tender evaluation may be treated as non-responsive.
Up to date Trade license/VAT/Tax Certificate for the year 2021-22/2022-23.
The general experience of the Tenderer in the Electro-Mechanical/Fire Fighting Installation works as contractor shall be five years.
The specific experience as a Contractor in Electro-Mechanical/Fire Fighting Installation works of at least one contract of similar nature (supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fire Fighting System) successfully completed within five years at least two core fifty lac taka in any Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous Body in Bangladesh.
All BD/BG/Pay Order must be in favor of Jashore University of Science & Technology, Jashore.
Catalogue/Brochure/Technical Data Sheet should be submitted.
Non submission of Manufacturer Authorization Certificate will disqualify the offer straightly during opening of tender as per General Conditions of Contract of PPR.
Pump Manufacturer must have UL/FM, ISO 9001 Certification and Valve or Hydrant Manufacturer have UL/FM Certification and Detection Manufacturers have UL/FM/ISO 9001 Certification.
The required Average annual Turnover shall be greater than five Core taka.
Need to submit NFPA Certified Engineer certificate 20, NFP-13, Need to submit ABC Certify Site engineer with certificate and Need to submit Company ABC Update License.
