Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. Manufacturer/Manufacturer's Authorize Representative/ Exclusive Agent of Manufacturer are eligible to participate in the tender. If the bidder is not the Manufacturer, Authorization letter from the Manufacturer must be submitted with the tender.
02. Bidder should have exclusive agency agreement /Authorization with the pump motor manufacturer.
03. Motor manufacturer should have CE certificate
04. Pump & motor manufacturers should be ISO 9001 : 2015 standard.
05.100 hours satisfactory test certificate should be submitted from the Manufacturer.
06. Bidders must have 3 Years general experience of similar goods.
07. Bidders must have experince for supply of 2 cusec irrigation pumps in a single contract ammounting Tk- 25 lakhs in any Govt./Semi Govt. organization in Bangladesh within the last five years.
08. The bidder must submit a sample of one set of Centrifugal Pump-Motor and star delta starter, to the BMDA, Dinajpur Rigon office before submission of offer. The original copy of the receipt of the same must be enclosed with the offer. No offer will be entertained without submission of sample.
09. Tenderers must have trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN & VAT Registration certificate. Copy of these certificates must be enclosed alongwith the tender.
10. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
