Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the rules and regulation of the PPR-2008.
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 31.00 lac under 02 (two) contract in the last 3 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk 35.00 Lac. (ITT Clause-15.1.a; From PG3-8);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample (200 gm Moshur Dal Mota) must be submitted to in 3 (three) transparent containers to the Naogaon District Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
