Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 40000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Supplier in the supply of substation equipments and related services as supplier shall be 10(ten) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of minimum 800 kva electrical substation equipments of at least 1 (one) number. contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk 110.00 (one hundred ten) Lac. in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Supplier shall be Tk 120.00 (one hundred twenty) lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related supply(Name of the supply). Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of bank undertaking for line of credit. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
4. The supplier must posses/submit
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Up-to-date trade license
iii) Up-to-date VAT resistration
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
