Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderers must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:
(I) Last 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of similar Goods and related services in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk. 1.00 lakh under 02 (two) contracts in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 1.00 lakh issued after July 2022 (ITT Clause-9.1; From PG2-5);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of a limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Cholar Dal] must be submitted in three transparent containers to the Sunamganj District Jail as per technical specifications on or before the tender opening date and time.
