Brief Description of Package: Widening & Strengthening With Surfacing of Pavement and Construction of Rigid Pavement and Culvert in Delduar-Lauhati-Saturia (Baliati) Road (Z-4006) from (Ch. 12+000 km to 18+000 km) under Tangail Road Division (WP-03).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 533333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1600000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 533333333 ~ 1600000000.

Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system- TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented or leased), personnel list etc) of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system.
6. The tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates in support of his quoted rate.
N.B.: 1. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
