Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 34500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11500000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 80 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 110 lakh over the last 5 years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 70 lakh. Use standard format incase of line of credit.
5. Tender Capacity Tk 110 Lakh.
Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
(b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
