Eligibility criteria:
A. All tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation ;
B. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded :
i. Last 03 (Three) years general experience of supply of similar goods and related service in any government organization ;
ii. The satisfactory completion of supply similar Goods of Tk. 80,000/- under 02(Two) contracts in the last 03 (Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp System.
iii. Certificate of bank solvency (Issued by August/22) with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk.80,000/- (ITT Clause-9.1; From PG2-5)
iv. The amount written in the bank solvency certificate should deposited in the respective account number till the date of assessment.
v. Up-to date Valid Trade License ;
vi. Up-to date Income tax clearance certificate ;
vii. e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate ;
viii. Certificate of incorporation(in case of limited company) and authorization letter or contract deed with the importer/supplier treader is a bidder ;
ix. Sample [200 gm Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
