4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained.
5. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.
6. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailling Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
7. To ensure the Quality of the material, Various test shall be performed by the tenderer as per instruction.
