b) Following documents are to be submitted/uploded.
(I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 02 (Two) years in any government organization.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum value of 15.00 lac Taka minimum 02(Two) contracts in the last 03(three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.1
(IV) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk.17.00 lac issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for Contract]
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(VI) e-BIN Registration Certificate.
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
(VIII) Sample 200 gm Unnotamaner moshur dal must be submitted to in 02 (two) containers to the Lakshmipur District Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time
