* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3150000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer must have Valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax certificate.
2. Tenderer Should have solid Bank Solvency and Bank Statement reflecting minimum 5 (five) lakhs Taka as liquid asset.
3. Tenderer should have experience on supplying similar Items (street light/ LT line) of an amount 5 (five) Lakh within last two years in a single contract. Only real supplier is being encouraged to apply.
4. Tenderer should have updated electrical ABC license to participate this tender.
5. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender may be rejected.
6. Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3) has to be completed with proper country of origin; Make, and Model or Brand of individual items that are being offered by the tenderer.
