Eligibility criteria:
(I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (three) years in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 60000 (Sixty Thousand) taka under 01 (one) contract in the last 02 (two) years in any government organization; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets/credit facilities Value of Tk. 80000 (Eighty Thousand) issued tender publishing date.
(IV) Up-to-date Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) Valid e-BIN registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Bengal Gram Lentil (Cholar Daal)] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
