* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a.All the Tenderer Must Follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
b.Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded.
(1) The minimum of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of similar Goods and related services shall be 03(Three) Years in any government organization ;years counting from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
(2) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods and related services of at least 02(two) contract successfully completed within the last 03(three) years,with a value of at least taka 32.00(Thirty Two) Lakh; years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e.working capital substantiated by Audit Bangladesh in the format as specified(Form PG3-8) shall be of taka 36.00(Thirty Six) Lakh,without alteration.Document of liquid assets to be submitted along with the tender and it must be issued between publication date and submission date of the tender.Liquid Assets should be continuos depositted at least till evaluation.
(4) The Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit Mimimum Amount of taka 36.00(Thirty Six) Lakh issued between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(5) Up-to date Valid Trade License as supplier. Supplier according to PPR-2008.
(6) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance certificate.
(7) e-BIN(13 digits) Registration Certificate.
(8) Certificate of incorporation(in case of limited company).
(9) Sample [200gm Unnotamaner Mashur Dal(Mota)] Must be Submitted to in 03 (Three) transperent Containers to the Brahmanbaria District Jail as per technical Specification on or before tender opening date and time.
