Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 03 (Three) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of maximum 02(Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 160000 (One Lac Sixty Thousands); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by Audit Reports or bank statement or credit line(s) substantiated by any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PG3-8/PG2-5) shall be of TK. 185000 (One Lac Eighty Five Thousands); without alteration. Document of liquid assets to be submitted along with the tender and it must be issued between publication date and submission date of the tender. Liquid assets should be continuous deposited at least till evalauation
4. Up-to-date Valid trade Liscence as Supplier. Supplier according to PPR,2008.
5. e-BIN (13 digits) Registration Certificate.
6. Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
7. Sample (200 gram standard Chola Daal) must be submitted in 03 (Three) transperent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
8. Certificate of Incorporation ( in case of Limited Company)
9. All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
