Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 83333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 250000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 83333333 ~ 250000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderers must have minimum 5 years of general experience of Construction works.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) no. contract of RCC Framed structure building including RCC Road works successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 crore under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 9.00 crore in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats are not acceptable.
The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (In the PW3-7 form without any alteration & must be unconditional) Tk. 2.30 crore.
The Tender Capacity is Tk. 6.80 Crore. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (Attached in section-7). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted along with the Tender.
The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license.
Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) must be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7)   
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
