3.The required average annual construction Turnover greater than Tk.4500000 ( Forty-five Lakh ) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years.
4.Credit Facilities not less than Tk.650000 ( Six lakh Fifty thousand) issued by the bank not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
