Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 50000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderer in the construction works / Electromecanical works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be minimum number of 5 (Five) years of general experience.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 120.00 Lakh under 01 (one) Number of contract over a period of 5 years in any Government / Semi Government/Autonomous /Private organization of Bangladesh. In case of the works done under government / Semi government/ autonomous/ Private ogranization other than PWD the Certifying authority shall be an Officer not bellow the rank Of executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concern executive engineer of PWD of the District under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 400.00 Lakh during the last 5(Five) years. Payment certificate must be submitted.
d) Liquid Assets or Credit facilities against the work shall be Tk. 100.00 Lakh Only as stated in Tender & Contract forms PW2(a) of Tender document. (Bank Certificate/Transaction statement in this regard should be issued not more than 28(Twenty Eight) days before the date of submission of the Tender.
e) Valid e-BIN registration Certificate and up to date Income tax certificate
f) Valid Trade License 20201-2022
g) The Tenderer must have up to date Electrical ABC and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Govt. of Bangladesh.
h) Other Conditions as per Tender Documents.
i) Tenders having Quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated, the tender will be rejected.
j)The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 145.00 Lakh.
