4) The average annual turnover of the tenderer shall be greater than tk 100 (hundred) lac in the best 2 (two) years over the last 3 (three) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be at least tk 120 (One hundred twenty) lac
