Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer must process:
i) Up to date Valid Trade License.
ii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
iv) Up to date Valid ABC/BC License & ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licesing Board.
b) The required average annual construction Turn over must be greater than BDT. 4.00 lac only during last 5(Five) years.
c) The mininum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 1.00 lakh in the form of ePW2a-3 (Uploaded in Section 7 other format, documents will not be accepted.)
d) The Tenderer must have experience of completing at least 1 (one) similar work over the last 5 years of minimum BDT 7.00 lakh in a Single Contract.
e) The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 years experience for Operation & Maintenance of the Lift.
f) Certificate from the authorised dealer/supplier of Movi Lift (Italy) in BD for ensuring availability of the spare parts of the lift for the next 01 year shall be submitted with the tender.
g) Tenderer Capacity BDT 7.80 Lakh during last 5 years.
